Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

General Information

The following overview provides information on the estimated duration of order processing, shipping, and the delivery date for orders. Your order may display a date earlier than the estimated delivery date, and depending on factors during order processing, you may receive your order earlier or later. If you order more than one product, your items may arrive in separate parcels and on different days.

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the product description, delivery after receipt of payment (for advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction) will take place as follows:

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consolidated shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you ordered.

Bulky Goods Surcharge

For items subject to a bulky goods surcharge, please note that due to the volume and/or weight, higher handling costs arise during shipping. Therefore, in addition to shipping costs, we charge a bulky goods surcharge (applies to international deliveries only). This surcharge is applied once per line item, regardless of the quantity ordered, and it also applies during free-shipping promotions or when the free-shipping order value threshold is exceeded..

Delivery via freight carrier

Due to the size or weight, the goods cannot be shipped via parcel service. Delivery will therefore be made by freight carrier - curbside - on a one-way pallet. This surcharge is applied once per line item, regardless of the quantity ordered, and it also applies during free-shipping promotions. The carrier will contact you by phone or email 1–2 days before the expected delivery date to arrange the exact delivery time.

Delivery Terms and Restrictions

Goods are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays in Germany and our bridge days. We cannot deliver to DHL Packstations or PO boxes.

Customers in Switzerland can purchase products directly in Switzerland via the Brands + Design Scherzinger .
